Artwork Specifications

If you are supplying artwork files, please follow our specifications below:

Formats Accepted:

• High resolution, vectorised, eps CMYK in Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
• High res eps, ai, vector.
• Please create your artwork 1:1 scale or @ 50% if larger files and allow 10mm bleed on all sides.
• Please ensure all artwork is grouped.

Fonts:

• Outline all fonts (convert to curves).

Images:

• We recommend that you use only high resolution images to create your artwork – 300 DPI (preferred).
• All images must be embedded.

Colour:

• All images and artwork must be converted to CMYK.

Formats Not Accepted:

• Word, Word document files, powerpoint files or any other Google or Microsoft software programs, InDesign, Corel Draw, QuarkXpress.

 Please note:

• Colours on your screen are not necessarily the colours of your print and can vary from screen to screen.   If you require colours to be specific to your branding, PMS colours MUST be provided at the time of accepting quotations.  Layouts are for indicative purposes only.
• PMS colours can also vary between brochures (printing press) and signage (large format printing) as the printing process and materials used differ.
• If this is a concern for your branding, sample prints can be arranged at $85 + GST per sample.  Please notify our office prior to artwork approval to arrange any sample prints.
• We will not be held responsible for colour variations (unless sample prints have been arranged and signed off).
